Gardner Called Up

According to a local paper in South Carolina, Brett Gardner has been called up to the Bronx. The corresponding demotion/DFA/DL stint has not been released yet, but I'll post it later. Gardner was playing very well in AAA this season, .287/.412/.429 with three homers and 34 steals. It is unclear whether or not he'll be able to hit in the majors, but he can't be much worse than Melky, and we know he can run.
