That is, seeing two young homegrown pitchers throw back to back gems like that. Not to mention Mark Melancon's impressive showing. A lot is going to be made of Mariano Rivera and Jonathan Albaladejo's near collapse but the real story is that two potential future aces in Joba and Hughes and a potential future closer put up 14 innings of one run ball. I know its only two games but to see them do that was pretty cool.
