Our first game following Jeremy Bleich wasn't exactly what we were hoping for. He wasn't awful but didn't pitch well enough to win. He gave up 3 runs (all earned) in 5.1 innings and had a 4:3 K/BB ratio. Not awful but not great either. His first two innings were very good but in the third he seemed to lose it. He gave up a run in each of the next three innings and came out one out into the sixth.
His ERA is still a sparkling 2.33 and his K/BB is 18:8. Not a great start but not an awful one either.
