The Bleich Watch
Bleich is slowly establishing himself as a streaky pitcher. He goes through bad patches were he makes me wish we'd picked Zack McAllister for this feature but he also goes through periods were he is really exciting. He followed up one solid start with a dominating performance of shutout innings. His K/BB was 4:1and his GB/FB was 11-6. Very nice job by Bleich to give him twelve consecutive shutout innings. His ERA is 3.58 and more importantly his FIP is down to 3.41. Hopefully, he can build on some of this success.
